The Plan:

Led a team in creating content for Cheese Louise, a grilled cheese company that runs multiple food trucks and has three locations in Maine and New Hampshire.

I coordinated a trip to the company’s New Hampshire location in Portsmouth, in order to facilitate a content creation day.

Our Goals:

We wanted to reach a Gen Z audience for the company. Right now, their main audience are adults in their mid to late thirties. We wanted to open this up to a younger college demographic, especially since there is a college close to this location in particular.

We filmed about six Tik Toks on this creative visit, and took multiple pictures of their food, drinks and location.

This team also created a strategy presentation and merchandise designs for the group, specifically merchandise that would work for the company’s Portsmouth location.
