Account Execution/Mentorship
Managed a team of six Art Directors, Copywriters and and Strategists to complete an advertising campaign for University based cafe, Saxbys. Completed in the Spring of 2024, the team created multiple instagram posts and posters for around the university to be placed digitally.
The brand was looking for further awareness and interest around Boston University, so local OOH and Social Media work was our focus.
As the Eboard Mentor for the teams Account Executive, Project Manager, two strategists, one copy writer and two art directors. Along with this, I trained all incoming Account Executives, and interviewed over twenty applicants coming into the program as Account Executives, Project Managers and Strategists.
From my mentorship work, I further learned how to critique work in a useful and constructive manner. I also gained further insights into how to be a good leader, a better listener, and to think on my feet.
